KMS Technology is on the hunt for an experienced digital associate, someone with a passion for social media and digital marketing, who aspires to be the online face of a brand and is keenly interested in how social media platforms can be utilized to promote the company, people and products.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage all of KMS digital activities: Plan and develop regular online content that engages target audience and promotes brand-focused messages; Create daily social engagement campaigns across platform and actively respond to interactions in an informative way whilst maintaining the company brand voice in the social media space
- Monitor and develop reports of social statistics on KMS as well as competitors’ activities within social media spaces. Identify trends and patterns in data to facilitate and guide future digital marketing planning
- Working cross-functions with other team members such as PR, Creative and related department in the company to develop and nurture strong working relationships
- Build a network of key external & internal contacts that help maintain and promote the brand in targeted communities
- Maintain a Tech-News Portal: Coordinate with bloggers and related partners to create regular content and other promotions
Qualifications
Skills/ Experience You need to be Successful
- At least 2 years of experience working mainly in social media marketing or similar roles
- Has an established knowledge and experience using a range of social media platforms for corporate brand, including Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills, can research and evaluate social media status & KPIs to report on the impact of social media activities
- Creative mindset and experience in developing and implementing social media content calendars
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Email marketing experience is preferred
- Digital agency background is a plus
