[HCM][Agency] AdAsia Holdings (AnyMind Group): Account Executive

We're currently looking for a passionate and proactive Account Executive to join our growing business in marketing industry, which will belong to AdAsia Holdings.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities
- Write client briefs and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs
- Develop proposal and present to clients
- Create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures
- Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
- Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
- Work with other internal departments, such as social media/creative department/media, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Who You Are
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing agency, especially in an account executive role
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
- “Can do” attitude & positive thinking
