[HCM][Agency] Mirum Vietnam: Content Manager Wanted

CONTENT MANAGER

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a strong communicator, highly-engaged and helps develop compelling content with very minimal supervision. We are seeking an innovator who consistently generates new ideas to move our efforts forward. This person will work with the copywriter and social team to plan, structure, and write content for media platforms. In addition, the candidate may be sent on location to cover stories for the digital platform.

Responsibilities:

Work with creative team:

  • Understand creative ideas and plan to be able to align and support it.
  • Support the creative director during client meetings, and help prepare pitch materials.
  • Work closely with creative team on finding and developing the big idea for pitching that has social content scope.
  • Update creative team on Social trends.
  • Update creative team on social campaign performance on common clients.

Management

  • Manage content team member, together hold brainstorming session to come up with new content idea.
  • Oversee content production, designer work and website content ( in Vietnam Only) to make sure it is aligned with creative direction.
  • Responsible for content work quality
  • Monitor the team member progress
  • Report to CD on your team planning
  • You're expected to keep up on industry trends, to share your knowledge and to learn from your peers.

Social scope:

  • Presentation ideas to the team, report to Creative director.
  • Come up with Content Master Plan for all Fanpage.
  • Create the right copy at the right time for the right audience capture to ensure brand voice.
  • Edit & proof: you're as picky about prepositions as you are about a client's business goals both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Create clear, simple content plans that both marketing executives ( our clients ) and CMS developers ( our content management team) can understand.
  • Contribute ideas and work with designers to ensure quality.
  • Use client collateral, site audits, research and best practices to create a tone and manner, linking strategies and more.
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed.

Essential Knowledge/Skills and Experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years at a content position in creative agency.
  • Ideally experienced a similar managing position.
  • Porfolio that showcase creative or innovative content approach and your deep understanding of social media.

Content Development

  • Experience of copy-writing for digital platforms
  • Picture research skills and a good eye for image selection
  • Basic image manipulation knowledge
  • Basic photography skills
  • Basic audio and video editing knowledge

Project Management

  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to priorities workload and deliver to deadlines for your team members and yourself
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

People Skills

  • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
