[HCM][Agency] Saigontechcom: Senior Account Executive Wanted (Sales - Urgent)

We are the trusted partners to most of world-wide companies such as Bayer, GSK, Sanofi, DKSH, Mega Wecare, Roche, STADA, Merz, Sharp, etc…

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making business plans to adapt to the revenue target of your responsible selling services.
• Researching and developing client’s leads for the organization’s selling services.
• Account planning: following the client’s brief / idea to develop the proposal.
• Negotiating and making sure the opportunity gets won.
• Following the client, supporting and connecting the team during the project.
• Taking care for the customer relationship before, during and after the sales-service.
• Compliance with tasks assigned from superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, PR.
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the same position in the service industry.
3. Do love the sales & marketing job.
4. Good communication & presentation skill.
5. Having neogotiation skills.
6. Male / Female with easy-to-hear voice.
7. Able to work well in high pressure environment.
8. Able to work with team or independent working.
9. Be aware of caring relationships with customers.

SKILLS:

• Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• Good communication skill in English is an advantage.
• Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
• Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
• Problem-solving, crisis management skills is a must.
• Excellent trouble-shooting and solution-finding skills in terms of Staff and projects.
• Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and another client KPIs
• Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
