JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: Community Manager
Are you a digital native? Passionate about cultural trends and all aspects of social from content creation to social analytics? We are looking for a Community Manager to join our growing team at MSLGROUP Vietnam.
The Community Manager drives the engagement for our clients’ social communities and builds strategies to grow reach and followers. You will monitor online conversations, participate in those conversations to build visibility for our clients’ products as well as incite brand engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help create and develop content strategies and ideas
- Design and maintain editorial calendars
- Manage content for all social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.) including writing for status posts, blog posts, live broadcasts, etc.
- Monitor conversations and escalate as necessary following client guidelines
- Review and respond to user comments, consumer complaints or questions to ensure positive communities
- Manage daily operations and technicalities of the channel or page
- Build a social presence in community groups and activate these groups for client campaigns
- Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
- Report and provide data from analytics tools and channel insights
REQUIREMENTS
- +3 years of experience in a digital / social agency
- Digital savvy with good understanding of popular social networks including design, functionality and users
- A creative thinker with a logical approach to content curation
- Strong copy writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in client servicing
- Highly organised self-starter
- Vietnamese native with good knowledge of English
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh
Salary: Negotiable
