Traffic Assistant

Assisst and report to Traffic Manager

1. Paperwork

- Coordinate with account teams and finance regarding suppliers’ contracts, invoices and payment

- Prepare payment requests and make sure

- Follow up payment

2. Traffic

- Update workload with client services weekly to prepare for the coming week

- Arrange and send meeting invitations between creative and account teams.

- Support creative in downloading arts
