Job goals: A key role of strategic consulting executive is supporting Senior Executive in order to ensureSales Target and Service Quality of each brand/ major.

Job Description

Main activities:

Supporting Senior Executive in summing up Marketing and Public relation contracts, ensure the quality and effectivity of the campaign. In details:

  • Support completed proposal for Clients: Contribute ideas, follow up process, give feedback and write report to Senior Executive. Proposal needs to meet requirements:
    - Response clients’ requirements.
    - Structured, logical, persuasive.
    - Creative and aesthetic.
  • Support control quality of service and campaign’s effectively directly solved or report to Senior Executive to solve problems (in needs)
    - Image and information must be suitable with Clients’ requirements.
    - Ensure KPI
  • Attitude and behavior of Admicro each department to Clients

Compulsory requirements:

Working Experience: Having working experience (including internship) at advertising agency/ Marketing or having working experience of building content/ procedure for outdoor activities, such as:

  • Have creative ability to plan ideas for determined information (If relating to marketing or advertising is an advantage)
  • Have high logic and creative standard.
  • Have deep knowledge of marketing and advertising.

Attitude: Willing to learn

Language: English (Fluently)

Extra activities:

Get through limitation to get the contract, solve problem and recommend innovations such as:

  • Policy of clients.
  • Procedure

Soft skills:

  • Logical thinking, good at negotiation
  • Good communication skills.

  • Sales Target
    Brand department need to analyze all brand/ client strategy logically, finally make specific decides:
    - Opportunity of sales target of each brand/ client strategy.
    - Coordinating resources of serving client strategy.
    - Co-operated policy of client strategy.
  • Quality of advertising:
    Brand management department co-operate with Core Product department, Sales and Account, Solution and Client strategy service in order to:
    - Ensure Service Quality and solution for client strategy.
    - Ensure the process of analyzing brand.
