[HCM][Agency] WE Media: Sales Admin (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Presentations, Proposals, Quotations, Contracts for clients
  • Send Booking and follow up Campaign Schedules
  • Manage Campaign Reports from Project Assistant
  • Follow up status of Contract signings and Invoice payment with finance team
  • Support sales team on any projects
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and reports
  • Collect and organize sales data
  • Create Sales and Marketing Material with creative team
  • Update new client information to clients’ network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in media agency or department

Skills:

  • Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Advanced English – verbal, written
  • Strong Communication skills – active listening
  • Creative problem solver – methodical, analytical, persistent
  • Responsible – meet tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player – work well in a group, work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective multitasker – identify, organize, prioritize, deliver
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail

Compensation Package:

  • Full time position.
  • Standard working hours apply plus evenings and weekends where required.
  • Working space and working tools provided by company upon request
  • Salary – Negotiable based on experience and market conditions
  • Commission – Negotiable based on experience and market conditions
  • Benefits – 13th month bonus at TET holiday (pro-rated by months worked)
  • Lunch – provided daily by company
