JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and implement internal communications strategy to promote accordingly with the regional guideline.

  • In conjunction with the Regional Head of Communications, develop and implement on an ongoing basis communications strategy that meets organizational objectives
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review and amend the strategy as appropriate
  • Proactive seeking opportunity to promote the Board of management team, companies within the group to the media and public
  • Report back to the Executive Group (EG) and Regional communication team at regular intervals to ensure the strategy is fit for purpose

2. Manage internal communications channels, activities.

  • Manage and monitor the communication program as planned.
  • Responsible for managing internal communications channels, including writing/editing the groups news release, speech, article, case studies productions, relevant document related to Awards submission as required by regional communications team.
  • Build and maintain relationship with relevant stakeholders

3. Point of contact and advice on internal & external comms

  • Be the first point of contact for internal communication enquiries and requests for advice
  • Proactively seek opportunities to advice on communications issues
  • Advise and support Executive group in developing their own internal communications program, ensuring consistency with the central internal communications strategy.
  • Proactively advise senior management on sensitive and complex internal communications challenges, including crisis communications issues

4. Other SOW assigned by Board of Management team related to Mar com experience

Desirable:

  • Experience at least 3 years in working in PR client or relevant position related to internal communications.
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English and Vietnamese editing and proofreading skills .
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in marketing tools, concepts and campaigns.
  • Be proactive, creative, and detail-oriented and work well independently
