[HN][Client] Br24 Vietnam: Looking for International Sales

Br24 Vietnam Co., Ltd is a subsidiary in Hanoi of the German Bildretusche24 GmbH located in Germany with more than 150 employees. We are approaching our new markets in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and will be expanding to other countries in Asia. Our company aims to clients who are in need of pictures editing, designing and modeling services. For that, we are seeking a fluent English speaker who is experienced in sales consultation to be responsible for communicating with our prospective customers in Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Job Description

  • Contacting businesses and private individuals by making outbound calls to offer graphic solutions and promote services;
  • Accessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on service features;
  • Describing and explaining services in order to persuade a customer to agree to a trial period and place orders;
  • Establishing and engaging in customer relations; Building productive trust relationships with customers;
  • Supporting customers in realization of their projects;
  • Handling customer questions; Recording customer details including reaction to the services offered;
  • Maintaining database by doing research, entering, verifying and backing up data;
  • Working to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Regularly reporting to supervisor/ General Director.

Job Requirements

  • Native or Business English a must;
  • Experience in addressing and consulting customers on the phone;
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing and promotions;
  • Services knowledge;
  • An excellent level of verbal and written communications, a persuasive telephone manner and negotiation skills;
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
