1. Business Development:

  • Proactively approach new clients to introduce & convince them to use VNG services.
  • Be one of key project driver to develop the concept proposal for pitching (if any).
  • Achieve the annual revenue target to meet YoY growth rate 150%.
  • Manage one or two account executives & support them to grow/achieve the goal.
  • Coordinate with other teams to build strong & fresh environment.

2. Client Services:

  • Maintain the relationship with current clients & make them satisfy with VNG services.
  • Make sure that our client is happy with our deliverables.
  • Advise the clients on new innovation concept/platform.
  • Be the key person of account department to deal with & solve all the complaints from clients.

3. Account Management:

  • Weekly meeting and report to Sales Manager.
  • Keep track all activities in CRM system.
  • Monitor & report Media plan.
  • Optimize client plan to meet expected KPI.
  • Plan and execute plans to reach target customers.
  • Meet sales revenue for self and team.


  • At least 2 years in Digital market or Account Manager in Agency.
  • Has experience/be able to manage the team (1 or 2 people)
  • Creative & be able to contribute the ideas.
  • English profiency.
  • Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • MS computer skills (power point & excel).
