[HCM][Agency] WE Media: Tuyển GẤP Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming an expert in our field and with our service(s).
  • Securing advertising contracts.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and cultivating prospective customers to generate new business for We Media’s products/services.
  • Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints.
  • Developing sales materials and strategies
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzing market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers.
  • Recommending changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development.
  • Tracking product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading or pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Requirements:

  • Female only. Age: 22 – 25.
  • Must have obtained University Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 01-year experience in media sales is greatly preferred.
  • Experience working in cinema advertisement sales is greatly preferred.
  • Experience managing a sales team is preferred.
  • Established media sales network is preferred.

Skills:

  • Sales Team Management Skills: Ability to direct, monitor, train and lead a group of sales executives.
  • Customer Service Skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about the product’s/service’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Negotiation skills: You will need to be able to detect and act to close the deal with conditions that satisfy both the client and the company.
  • Presentation Skills: You will need to be able to impress the client when presenting the company and its product/service.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Persistence: Customers will not always be ready to accept a sale right away, and being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.

Compensation Package:

  • Full time position. Estimated 40 hours / week, based on actual company requirements & workload.
  • Standard working hours apply plus evenings and weekends where required.
  • Working space and working tools provided by company upon request
  • Salary – Negotiable, based on experience and market conditions
  • Commission – Negotiable, based on experience and market conditions
  • Benefits – 13th month bonus at TET holiday (pro-rated by months worked)
  • Lunch and Parking fee – provided daily by company
