Global Management Trainee Program

At AB InBev, we take the development of high-quality future leaders seriously. Our Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational training program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for ambitious, curious, entrepreneurial and driven recent university graduates*, who want to leave their mark. You need to be ready to take on tough challenges, adapt to different work situations and connect with others both inside and outside our company. Be ready to grow fast, at the pace of your own talent.

(* Graduate in 2015, 2016 or 2017)

What do you get if you are one of our GMTs?

  • Intensive 10-month rotational training program
  • Travel around the world and work in different breweries and offices getting to know top leaders along the way
  • Learn about our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments.
