[HCM][Agency] YOMEDIA: Tuyển Senior Media Planner
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers and cross functional teams to develop strategies and plans for clients in online channels: Social, SEM, Ad Network, PR.
- Ensure deliverables are met and align with clients’ goals and objectives.
- Provide media updates and overall status of running campaigns for Account Managers and clients.
- Recommend and perform media optimizations to improve current campaigns and ensure goals are being met.
- Oversee campaign’s results analysis and help translate information into observations/lessons learned.
- Monitor client billing, and resolve any related issues.
- Report to Account Managers and oversees Planning Team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new online advertising opportunities.
Requirements:
- Career level: Senior, minimum 3 years of working knowledge and experience in online media planning.
- Able to develop good rapport with clients, creative agencies and colleagues.
- Ability to develop strong understanding of client’s business, their products, services, customers profile, marketing and business objectives & needs, competitors and sales.
- Manage workload, timings, and deadlines to ensure that the high quality of the work is delivered.
- Good command of spoken & written English is a must.
- Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
