[HCM][Client] Rohto-Mentholatum (Vietnam): Looking Project Manager (Sales & Marketing of Oversea Market)
Job Summary – Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To support Myanmar and Cambodia subsidiary company:
- Share key marketing, sales strategy and action timely.
- Consider, propose and fulfill every activity together with subsidiary team.
- Make budget plan and manage that together
- Window role on RMV side from subsidiary team
2. To develop new market in Nepal, Lao, Bhutan and so on
- Market survey
- Distributor & Ad agency survey
- Make business plan like PL, set sales & marketing strategy
- Product registration
- Human recruitment
- Prepare marketing and sales tools
- Implementation
Knowledge, Skills and Capability:
- University graduate with major in Economics or Marketing
- Experienced working for Marketing/Sales or oversea market development
- Can go for business trips oversea flexibly
- General business knowledge of Sales/ Marketing
- Minimum one years’ experience working
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and computing skills
- Mature, proactive, self-motivated, highly-organized
Willing to learn and able to work efficiently under pressure and with deadlines
Working location: HCMC Office, Vietnam
Business trips: Over sea
