1. Job descriptions:

• Determining how best to represent a concept visually,
• Determining which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
• Developing the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign, or theater, television, or film set
• Supervising design staff
• Reviewing and approving designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members
• Talking to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
• Coordinating activities with other artistic or creative departments
• Developing detailed budgets and timelines
• Presenting designs to clients for approval
• Estimating, reporting the result of projects, plan to CEO

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or master) in an art or design major such as fine art, visual communications or digital media.
• Having knowledge in broadcast industry
• Creative, gathering and analyzing market information, customer feedback and rivals information.
• Having several years of work experience in graphic design, photography, illustration or other fields.
• Priority to candidates who used to work for foreign companies, former overseas Vietnamese students, or foreigners
• Skills: Excellent aesthetic judgment; strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists, creativity and superb communication to develop products that meet clients' needs, ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines
