[HCM][Client] Unilever: Tuyển Trade Marketing & Activation Manager

Food Solutions is one of the key business of Unilever. It is expanding and having a plan to develop a competent sales force. With the development for Food Solutions Vietnam, we invite candidates to apply for the position “Trade MKT & Activation Manager". This role will play a critical role in our success with holding the following duties:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop & implement Trade MKT which include merchandizing, display, trade promotion, pricing position, in-store communication, activation, demand creation,… to drive sales of Wholesales channels
  • Understand customers/shoppers insights for business opportunities development into channels. Identify category/channel opportunities & issue through analysis.
  • Product/Marketing Launch
    - Provide trade/competitive inputs for new product development/launch
    - Develop trade strategy to support the launch
    - Ensure implementation of the agreed strategy and plans
  • Report on competition at the trade level, perform Competitor's price & promotion analysis
  • Obtain ROI through right investment for each item per channel.
  • Monitor & measure the efficiency of each activity for further improvement.
  • Strictly control budget to maximize the benefit of investment.
  • Bottom up demand Planning

Skills and Experience Required

  • BA degree
  • At least 2 year experience in FMCG with similar roles
  • Experience in Trade MKT, Category Management or Brand Building is a plus
  • Passionate to work hard in a fast paced environment
  • Good analytical sense, strong decision making and strong team work spirit
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill
  • Proactive and workable under high pressure
  • Good at both English and Vietnamese communication
