Position: Senior Account Lead (Brand Services)

Salary: Competive

Duties & Responsibilities

- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction

- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints

- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance

metrics then exceed those goals throughout the campaigns/ projects

- Work closely with Head of brand & marketing communications, and Creative Lead on day-to-day

operational processes including campaign/ project set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking,

optimization, troubleshooting…

- Prepare campaign/ project insights reporting, including analysis and research

- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to operate campaigns/ projects

- Manage weekly campaign/ project status documents for review

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Work closely with Finance Department on billing set up and invoicing

- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

- Focus on ensuring to maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic

insight

Skills

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong analytical, problem solving, campaign/ project management & team development skills

Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal, organizational, and time

management skills

Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines

Education and Qualifications

BA of Marketing/ Business Administration/ Sales or relevant field

2+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
