1. Job Description

  • Support a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the company’s financial objectives and other operational performance indicators
  • Client Servicing
  • Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
  • Ensure the implementation of Client Management Process for the assigned accounts and be able to add value to those key clients
  • Functional / Technical
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
  • Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
  • Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process
  • Support and take notes during the Focus Groups or In-Depth Interviews and work on the report delivered to clients
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

2. Requirements

  • Freshly graduated from universities
  • Have knowledge about qualitative research or market analysis
  • Experience in organizing the focus group, team management
  • Good interpersonal skills, analysis skill, moderator skill;
  • Good ability to understand people’s psychology;
  • Enjoy interaction with different people;
  • Excellent in handling multi tasks, good ability to work under high pressure;
  • English is required, fluent in speaking and writing
  • Working full day from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in 6 months
